Grandstand R9 Ticket MotoGP Spain

This grandstand is located facing the Dry Sack corner, a strategic spot for overtaking maneuvers during races. This corner is approached with intense braking after the 600-meter-long second straight of the track. It is one of the slowest corners, a characteristic always leveraged by riders to gain positions. It became famous for the incident between Michael Schumacher and Jacques Villeneuve in the 1997 European Grand Prix, the final round of the F1 championship that ultimately decided the title in Villeneuve's favor.

The R9 grandstand offers a wide field of vision, starting from the exit of the Sito Pons corner where vehicles head towards the braking zone of Dry Sack. From there, the view extends to the fast left-hander before the parabolic turn named Jorge Martínez “Aspar.” Depending on the seating position in the grandstand, it is also possible to see the final turn leading to the finish line. Spectators can follow the action across the track, thanks to direct visibility of the giant TV screen.
